Eligibility Criteria

Institutions Eligibility:
- AICTE-approved institutions/university departments imparting technical education.
- The institute must have conducted at least one self-financing program in the last 12 months.
- A maximum of two proposals per institute will be considered in a year.

- Must be a full-time regular faculty member.
- Should have adequate teaching and research experience.
- Must have published research papers.

Step 1: Registration of New Institute

- Click on ‘New Institute’ and register.
- Complete the registration form and verify OTP received on the email and mobile number.
- Click on “Sign Up Now” to complete registration.
Step 2: Post-Registration Application Submission
- Login at the AICTE Portal.
- Navigate to “AQIS Application” screen.
- Fill in the demographic and bank details.
- Click on “New” to create an AQIS Application ID.
- Select “AICTE-ISTE Induction/Refresher Programme Scheme” from the drop-down list.
