Eligibility

The scheme is open to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) that have availed a collateral-free term loan under the Credit Guarantee Scheme of CGTMSE.

The MSE must apply to the concerned District Industries Centre (DIC) within one year from the first disbursement of the loan or before the date of commencement of commercial production (whichever is later).

The enterprise must have paid the annual service fee for the CGTMSE-backed loan.
Exclusions

Enterprises engaged in service or trading activities are not eligible under this scheme.

Step-1: Visit the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) and click on “New Investor Registration” to access the registration form.

Post-Registration Process:
