This component focuses on interest subsidies for micro, small, and medium service sector enterprises. It is effective from October 5, 2022, to October 4, 2027.

Eligibility Criteria
• Must be a Micro, Small, or Medium Service Sector Enterprise
• Registered with Udyog Aadhaar / Udyam or DPIIT
• Only new enterprises are eligible
• Must apply within 1 year of: - First loan disbursement
- Commencement of services
- GR issue date (whichever is later)
• Must not default on loan repayments
• Must not seek reimbursement for penal interest or other charges
Exclusions
• Enterprises that already availed incentives under another state scheme for the same project
• Term loans sanctioned more than 1 year after starting operations
• Enterprises in default will lose subsidy for the default period
