- A registered construction worker who is a widow (Widow Pension – WP), irrespective of age.
- A widow of a registered construction worker (irrespective of age).
- A registered construction worker who is a leprosy patient with visible deformity (CLP) as per rules.
- A registered construction worker who is physically challenged (DP), irrespective of age.
- A widow of a registered construction worker who was HIV-positive (WP-AIDS).
- A registered construction worker who is HIV-positive (DP-AIDS), as identified by the Orissa State AIDS Control Society or the District AIDS Prevention Control Unit, irrespective of age and income.
Additional criteria:
- The applicant’s family income from all sources should not exceed ₹24,000 per annum.
- The applicant must not have been convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude.
- The applicant should not be receiving any other pension from the Union Government, State Government, or any government-aided organization.
Note:
If both husband and wife fall under the eligible categories, each is entitled to receive the pension.
