The scheme does not apply to those Ex-servicemen or living spouses/widows who are re-employed as regular or deemed regular in Government/Public Sector Undertakings, Private Organizations, or are self-employed in IT assessments.

- Obtain the Application Form:

- Fill in the Application:
- Complete all mandatory fields.
- Paste a passport-sized photograph (signed across if required).

- Submit the completed and signed application form along with the required documents to the concerned authority at the Rajya Sainik Board.
- A receipt with a unique application number will be provided upon submission.
- Submission Deadline:
- The application must be submitted within three months from the date of purchase/completion of treatment.
