Eligibility
- Who Can Apply:
- All landholding farmers’ families with cultivable land in their names are eligible.

- Farmer families with any member holding or having held constitutional posts, ministerial positions, or elected positions (e.g., Members of Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, State Legislative Assemblies/Councils, former/present Mayors, or Chairpersons of District Panchayats).
- Serving or retired officers/employees of Central/State Government ministries, field units, public sector enterprises, and regular employees of local bodies (excluding Multi Tasking Staff/Class IV/Group D employees).
- Superannuated/retired pensioners receiving a monthly pension of ₹10,000 or more (excluding Multi Tasking Staff/Class IV/Group D employees).
- Persons who have paid income tax in the last assessment year.
- Professionals such as Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, and Architects registered with professional bodies and practicing independently.
