Only residents or domiciles of Jharkhand who are registered with the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board (JBOCWWB) and engaged in construction work can apply for this scheme.

Registration:
- Visit the official website of the Comprehensive Labour Management System for Factory Establishment/Worker Registration/Inspection/Management & Grievance Redressal by the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Govt. of Jharkhand.
- Click on “Login” at the top right corner and then click “Register Here” on the pop-up screen.
- Fill in the registration form with your First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Number, create a Username and Password, enter the Captcha, and click “Register”.
- Verify your mobile number and email via OTP. Your login credentials will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.

Application Submission:
- After registration, log in using your Username and Password.
- Navigate to “Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Form”. The “Scheme Benefit Form” will open.
- In the “Basic Details” section, fill in all mandatory fields such as:
- BOC Registration Number
- Applicant’s Name
- Applicant’s Father’s/Husband’s Name
- Date of Birth
- Aadhaar Number
- District
- Sex
- In the “Select Scheme” section, choose “Cycle Sahayata Yojana” from the list.
- In the “Upload Section”, upload all mandatory documents in the specified file size and format.
- Click on “Submit Request”. An Application ID will be displayed and sent to your registered Email ID for future reference.

- To track your application, go to “Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Status”.
- Enter your Application ID and click “Search”. The status will be displayed in a tabular format.
- Once the District Level Committee (DLC) approves the application, the status will change to “Approved”.
- Print the approved page and submit it at the Labour Office to avail of the scheme benefit.
