The scheme aims to reduce financial hardship by offering free health insurance coverage and linking with the public health system, thereby moving toward universal health coverage.

Up to ₹5,00,000/- per family per year on a floater basis. - Procedures Covered:
Covers a wide range of medical procedures including 1090 procedures, 8 follow-up procedures, and 52 diagnostic procedures provided through 800 government and 900 private empanelled hospitals. - Cashless Hospitalization:
