Eligibility Criteria
- Residency:
- The applicant must be a permanent resident or domiciled in the state of Jharkhand.
- Age Group:
- Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years of age.
- Employment Status:
- Must be a registered construction worker (Nirman Shramik) or a member of the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board (JBOCWW Board).
- Applicants should be engaged in construction work (e.g., masons, carpenters, electricians, porters, painters, etc.) and have worked for at least 90 days.
- Prior Benefit:
- Applicants should not have previously availed benefits under this scheme.

Online Process via the Comprehensive Labour Management System Portal:

Registration:
- Visit the official website of the Comprehensive Labour Management System for Factory Establishment/Worker Registration/Inspection/Management & Grievance Redressal.
- Click “Login” at the top right corner, then select “Register Here”.
- Fill in the registration form with your First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Number, create a Username and Password, and complete the CAPTCHA.
- Verify your Mobile Number and Email via OTP. Your login credentials will be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.

Application Submission:
- Log in using your credentials.
- Navigate to Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Form.
- In the “Basic Details” section, enter mandatory details such as BOC Registration Number, Applicant’s Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, District, and Sex.
- In the “Select Scheme” section, choose the Nirman Shramik Safety Kit Yojana.
- Upload all required documents (those marked with a red asterisk) in the specified file size and format.
- Click on “Submit Request”. An Application ID will be displayed and sent to your registered Email ID—note this for future reference.

Tracking Application Status:
- After submission, the application undergoes a three-level approval process (Clerk → Labour Superintendent → District Level Committee).
- To track, go to Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Status, enter your Application ID, and click “Search”.
- Once approved, the status will change to “Approved”. Print the status page and submit it at the Labour Office to receive the scheme benefit.
