The “Annath Pension Yojana (JBOCWWB)” is a 100% state-sponsored scheme by the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand. It is designed to provide financial assistance through a family pension to the orphans of registered construction workers who were receiving a pension from the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board (JBOCWWB). The pension amount is distributed equally among the orphans (below 18 years) in the event of the death of the pensioner. Only residents or domiciles of Jharkhand are eligible to apply.
Benefits
- Family Pension Distribution:
In case of the death of the pensioner, the pension is payable at the rate of the family pension and is evenly divided among all orphans under 18 years of age.
Eligibility Criteria
- The deceased must have been domiciled in Jharkhand.
- The deceased should have been a registered worker with the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board (JBOCWWB) and receiving a pension from the board.
- The applicant must be a child of the deceased.
- The applicant should have become an orphan after the death of the pensioner.
- The applicant must be less than 18 years of age.
Application Process
Online Registration & Application:
Registration:
- Visit the official website of the Comprehensive Labour Management System for Factory Establishment/Worker Registration/Inspection/Management & Grievance Redressal of the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Govt. of Jharkhand.
- Click “Login” at the top right corner and then select “Register Here”.
- Fill in the registration form with your First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile number, and create a Username and Password.
- Complete the Captcha and click “Register”.
- Verify your Mobile Number and Email via the One Time Password (OTP). Your login credentials will be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.
Application Submission:
- After registration, log in to the portal using your Username and Password.
- Navigate to Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Form. The “Scheme Benefit Form” will appear.
- In the “Basic Details” section, fill in mandatory fields (those marked with a red asterisk), including:
- BOC Registration Number
- Applicant’s Name
- Applicant’s Father’s Name/Husband’s Name
- Date of Birth
- Aadhaar Number
- District
- Sex
- In the “Select Scheme” section, choose the “Annath Pension Yojana (JBOCWWB)”.
- In the “Upload Section”, upload the required documents (fields marked with a red asterisk).
- Click on “Submit Request”. An Application ID will be displayed and sent to your registered Email ID. Please note this ID for future reference.
Application Status Tracking:
- After submission, your application undergoes a 3-level approval process:
- Clerk → Labour Superintendent → DLC.
- To check the status, go to Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Status.
- Enter your Application ID and click “Search”.
- Once approved by the DLC, the status will change to “Approved”. Print this page and submit it at the Labour Office to avail the scheme benefits.
