Eligible inter-caste married couples will receive a one-time financial assistance of ₹30,000/-.
Eligibility Criteria
- Residency:
The applicant must be a resident of Kerala. - Marital Status:
The couple must be legally married and belong to inter-caste marriages (excluding SC/ST categories). - Income Limit:
The combined family income should not exceed ₹1,00,000/-. - One-time Benefit:
Financial assistance is granted only once. - Timeframe for Application:
The couple must apply for the assistance after one year of marriage but not exceeding 2 years from the date of marriage.
Usage of Funds:
The assistance should be utilized for purposes such as starting a business, purchasing land, or constructing a house. Local Self Government Institutions (LSGIs) are responsible for ensuring that the funds are used appropriately.
Agreement Requirement:
Recipients are required to sign an agreement and submit it to the LSGIs.

Offline Process:
- Collecting the Application Form:
- Visit the nearest District Social Justice Office or download the form from the official website of the Social Justice Department, Government of Kerala.

- Submit the duly filled application form along with the supporting documents to the concerned District Social Justice Officer.
