- In the “Basic Details” section, enter the required information including BOC Registration Number, Applicant’s Name, Parent/Husband’s Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, District, and Gender.

- Click “Submit Request”. Your Application ID will be generated and displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent.

- Once submitted, the application undergoes a three-level approval process: Clerk, Labour Superintendent, and DLC.

- Upon final approval by the DLC, the status will change to “Approved”. Print the approval page and submit it at the Labour Office to avail the benefit.
