Offline Application

    • The original application form (bearing a printed serial number) is available from specific nationalized banks/other banks.
  3. Complete Application:
    • Fill in the form with all required details and attach the necessary documents.
  4. Payment of Application Money:
    • Application money is charged at ₹2500 for 1BHK and ₹25000 for 2BHK. This fee is refundable for unsuccessful applicants and will be adjusted against the unit cost.

    • Submit the completed application form, along with the application money and required documents, to the bank branch from which the form was obtained.

  • A joint applicant (husband/wife/dependent parent) is allowed.
  • If a project does not secure bookings of at least 80% of the total flats, the application money will be refunded within 30 days.
