Eligibility
- The applicant must be a domicile of Jharkhand.
- The applicant must be a registered worker with the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board (JBOCWW Board).
- Age criteria: Applicant should be between 18-60 years old.
- Occupation: Applicant must be engaged in construction-related work, such as masons, carpenters, electricians, porters, painters, etc.
- Registration requirements: The applicant must have made continuous contributions to the welfare board for at least five years.
- Marriage age criteria:
- Bride must be at least 18 years old.
- Groom must be at least 21 years old.

Application Process
Online Registration
- Visit the official website of the Comprehensive Labour Management System (CLMS) under the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Govt. of Jharkhand.
- Register an account:
- Click “Login” and then “Register Here.”
- Fill in details: First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Number, Username, Password, and Captcha Code.
- Verify your email and mobile via OTP.
- Once verified, registration is complete, and login credentials are sent to your registered email and mobile number.
Application Submission
- Login to the portal: Enter your Username and Password.
- Navigate to the application form:
- Go to Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Form.
- Select the scheme and provide the required details in the “Basic Details” section.
- Upload documents: Attach the mandatory documents as per the given specifications.
- Submit the application: Upon successful submission, an Application ID will be generated. This ID will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
Checking Application Status
- Go to Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Status.
- Enter your Application ID and search for your status.
- If approved by the District Labour Commissioner (DLC), the status changes to “Approved.” The approval page can be printed and submitted at the Labour Office to receive the scheme benefits.
