Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be employed in an industrial or commercial establishment in Haryana.
  • The worker must be registered with the Haryana Labour Welfare Board (HLWB).

  5. Verify using Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) – Family ID:
