Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a resident/domicile of Odisha.
- The applicant must have passed +2 from the CHSE Board, Odisha.
- Students passing the Upshastri Exam from Shree Jagannath Sanskrit University, Puri are also eligible.
Application Process
Online Registration
- Visit the State Scholarship Portal, Odisha.
- Click on “Registration”.
- Read the Instructions/Declaration and select “I Agree”.
- Enter details like Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, Name, Gender, DOB, and Email ID. Click “Register”.
- Your login credentials will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
Application Submission
- Visit State Scholarship Portal, Odisha and log in using your credentials.
- Click on “Schemes and Scholarships”.
- Select “Biju Yuva Sashaktikaran Yojana” from the dropdown menu.
- Fill in the required details and upload the necessary documents.
- Click “Submit”, then take two printouts and submit them to the Principal/Head of Institution.
