Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this scheme, students must meet the following eligibility conditions:
General Eligibility:
- The applicant must be a native of Madhya Pradesh.
- The applicant must be studying in a government or aided private college.
- The annual family income of the applicant’s parents/guardians should not exceed ₹54,000/-.
Academic Eligibility:
- PhD: Minimum 55% marks in post-graduation.
- M.Phil.: Minimum 55% marks in post-graduation.
- Postgraduate (Merit-based): Minimum 55% marks in graduation.
- Postgraduate (Merit-cum-means-based): Minimum 55% marks in graduation.
- Graduation (Merit-based): Minimum 60% marks in the Board of Secondary Education qualifying exam.
- Graduation (Merit-cum-means-based): Minimum 55% marks in the Board of Secondary Education qualifying exam.
- Sports Scholarship: The applicant should be:
- A member of the National Sports Team in the Madhya Pradesh school team.
- A member of the adult state team.
- Secured one of the first three positions in a state-level competition.
