The student hostel is promoted to disseminate education basically to poor Scheduled Caste students of Madhya Pradesh in Delhi. This scheme provides residential as well as monetary help to Scheduled Caste students from Madhya Pradesh pursuing higher education from universities situated in Delhi. This scheme will cover expenses like rent and utility bills of the hostel and a scholarship so that the students do not have to discontinue their education.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
- The applicant must be a Scheduled Caste (SC) student.
- The student must be enrolled as a regular student in an undergraduate (first year) or higher-class/professional course at a government or recognized institution in Delhi.

Offline Registration
- After securing admission in a Delhi-based higher education institution, the applicant must submit their application.
- The application must be submitted in Form-A through the concerned institution to the Special Commissioner, Madhya Pradesh.
