Offline Application
Step 1: Obtain the Application Form
- The applicant must visit their NCC Company/Troop Commander and request the prescribed application form.
Step 2: Fill the Application Form
- Fill in all mandatory fields in the application form.
- Attach a passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required).
- Attach self-attested copies of all mandatory documents.

- Submit the completed application form and documents to the Company/Troop Commander.
Step 4: Review & Forwarding
- The Officer commanding the NCC Unit will scrutinize the applications and forward them to the Group Commander, NCC Group Headquarters, Puducherry, with recommendations.
