Eligibility
- The candidate should be a permanent resident of Bihar.
- The candidate should fall under the category of Extremely Backward Class (EBC).
- The candidate should have cleared the initial test of a known competitive exam (UPSC, BPSC, Bihar Judicial Service, NDA, CDS, Banking, Railway, SSC, etc.).
- The applicant must not have received the same incentive from any other source.
Exclusions
- Those who are working in government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), or government-funded institutions cannot apply for this scheme.
