Eligibility Criteria for Workers (Parents/Guardians)

  • The applicant must be a regular worker in an industrial establishment.
  • The applicant must have at least six months of employment in the industrial establishment.
  • The establishment must be covered under the Goa, Daman & Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986.
  • The applicant should be engaged in skilled or unskilled, manual or clerical labor, and should not be in a supervisory or managerial role.

  1. Changing Fields of Study

    • A student who switches from one subject to another after completing one level (e.g., ISC after I.A., B.Com after B.A.).
    • A student who pursues a different professional line after completing one (e.g., LLB after B.Tech).
  2. Repeating an Academic Year

    • Students failing an academic year are not eligible to receive the scholarship again for the same course/class.
