Stipend Scheme for Grandson of Freedom Fighters was introduced by the Government of Haryana’s Department of Higher Education in order to support the economic requirements of grandchildren of freedom fighters in pursuit of higher studies. - The candidate should not have failed the last year’s university examination.
Reinstatement Criteria:
- If a student leaves studies but re-joins classes and attends a minimum of 50% of classes for three months, the last and current quarter’s stipend will be disbursed.
