It includes visually or hearing impaired students up to Master level as well as orthopedically challenged persons studying in professional or postgraduate courses. The program aims at ensuring the accessibility of digital teaching resources and equality in learning for students with disabilities.
Advantages
- Laptop Distribution:
- 200 laptops will be purchased at ₹30,000/- each.
- Cost Recovery Based on Income Groups:
- Category I: Parent/guardian income below ₹15,000/- per month – Full cost recovered.
- Category II: Parent/guardian income between ₹15,000/- and ₹20,000/- per month – 50% of the cost recovered.
- Category III: Parent/guardian income above ₹20,000/- per month – Full cost to be paid by the beneficiary.
