Financial Assistance to NGOs for Education of Children with Intellectual Disabilities – Tamil Nadu

Government of Tamil Nadu, Department for the Welfare of Differently Abled Persons Tamil Nadu have started a “Financial Assistance to Non Gov Organisations” scheme. The purpose of this initiative is to financially empower the NGOs which are imparting education to children with intellectual disability. It is helping in some of the basic things like maintenance fees and rent and also the construction/extension of school buildings. This program guarantees children with intellectual disabilities care, education and support in living.
