Benefits
The financial assistance provided under the scheme is based on the nature of the incident:
- Accident-related death: ₹5,00,000.
- Accident-related permanent complete disability: ₹3,00,000.
Disabling both eyes, hands, or legs permanently owing to the injury. - For accident-related partial permanent disability: ₹1,000,000/-
- Permanent partial disability: Hand or leg paralysis.
- Up to ₹20,000/- for major injuries in accidents.
Serious harm: Requires 5-day inpatient stay. Based on a Medical Board certificate. - In case of minor injuries in an accident: Up to ₹5,000/-

Eligibility
- Age: The construction worker must be between 18 and 60 years of age.

Application Process
Online Registration:
- Step 1: Visit the official portal.
- Step 2: Click on “Register”.
- Step 3: You will be redirected to the SSO registration page. Choose the Citizen option.
- Step 4: Choose Jan Aadhaar or Google to proceed.
- Jan Aadhaar: Enter the Jan Aadhaar number and follow the OTP process.
- Google: Enter Gmail ID, password, and proceed.
- Step 5: After registration, you will receive an SSO ID to create a password and complete the registration process.
Application Process:
- Step 1: First Application has to login, the dashboard will open.
- Step 2: After that, Click on the “LDMS” option.
- Step 3: Now you will find Under LDMS, select “Welfare Schemes” and choose the BOCW Welfare Board.
- Step 4: Click on “Apply for Scheme”.
- Step 5: Choose “Yojana” from the list of schemes.
- Step 6: Fill in all the relevant details.
- Step 7: Submit the form.
