Dulari Scheme launched by the Health Department UT(A&N) , Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands on 26th January 2013. The scheme which has been introduced with financial motivation to help bringing up newborn baby girls and girl child on VIII level winners are available. It wants to incentivize girls in the subcontinent. This scheme is available to all those born on or after 26th January 2013 and females under 13 years who were not Part of previous Planned Family scheme.
Benefits
The following financial benefits are provided under the Dulari Scheme for eligible girl children whose parents are domiciles of Andaman & Nicobar Islands:

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
- The applicant must be a woman or girl child to avail the benefits under the scheme.
- The girl children born on or after 01.10.2013 are eligible for birth-related incentives.
- Girls between the ages of 0-13 years, born before the Dulari Scheme’s implementation and not covered under the old Planned Family Scheme, are eligible for educational incentives after passing VIII standard. The amount will be fixed in the bank and cannot be withdrawn until the girl child reaches 18 years of age, or as per other rules specified by the administration.
Cessation of Benefits
The benefits will cease if:
- The parent or beneficiary provides false or concealed statements/certificates.
- The child marries before the age of 21 years (no further benefits will be given).
- The girl becomes a school dropout (only educational benefits are available thereafter).
- The child dies before the required age to receive the incentive, in which case the Directorate of Health Services (DHS) may prematurely close the deposit, and the applicable amount may be given to the parents.
Application Process
Online Registration Process:
- Step 01: Visit the online portal: https://serviceonline.gov.in/login.do
- Step 02: Click on ‘Register’ and fill in all the mandatory details.
- Step 03: Validate your Email ID and Mobile Number using OTP.
- Step 04: After successful validation, you will be registered.
Dulari Registration Process:
- Step 01: Log in using your email ID (registered during the registration process).
- Step 02: Enter the password and captcha.
- Step 03: After that Click ‘Login’.
- Step 04: After login, you have to click on ‘Apply for Services’, then ‘View all Available Services’.
- Step 05: After that, Search for ‘Dulari’ and click on ‘Dulari Registration’.
- Step 06: Now user need to Fill in all mandatory details, preview the form, and click ‘Submit’.
- Step 07: After successful registration, you will receive a registration ID.
Dulari Application Process:
- Step 01: Log in using your registered email ID.
- Step 02: Enter the password and captcha.
- Step 03: Click ‘Login’.
- Step 04: Click on ‘Apply for Services’, then ‘View all Available Services’.
- Step 05: Search for the ‘Dulari’ scheme and click on it.
- Step 06: Fill in all mandatory details, select the incentives you wish to claim, and upload required documents.
