For Permanent Disability Between 50% and 99%

  • Total assistance: ₹3,00,000/-
    • Beneficiary will receive ₹8,953/- per month for 3 years (as per interest rates).

For Permanent Disability Between 26% and 49%

  • Total assistance: ₹2,00,000/-
    • Beneficiary will receive ₹8,736/- per month for 2 years (as per interest rates).

Eligibility Criteria

  • The construction worker must be registered with the Labour Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Only family members of the deceased worker can claim death benefits:

    • Spouse (husband/wife).
    • Daughter.
    • Son (only if below 21 years old).
  • Suicide cases are not covered under this scheme.
