The Mukhyamantri Rojgaar Srijan Yojana is a self-employment and entrepreneurship promotion scheme launched by the Department of Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority and Backward Class Welfare, Government of Jharkhand. The objective is to provide subsidized loans, skill training, and entrepreneurship support to eligible candidates belonging to ST, SC, Minority, Backward Class, and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) categories.

Benefits

Subsidized Loan:

Eligibility

• Age: 18 to 50 years
• Permanent resident of Jharkhand
• Annual family income should not exceed ₹5,00,000
• Must not be in government/semi-government employment
• Must not be a loan defaulter in any bank
• Only eco-friendly businesses allowed (alcohol, drugs, polythene-related activities are prohibited)
• For PwDs, minimum disability should be 40%

Application Process

Online Process

  1. Visit the official portal: Mukhyamantri Rojgaar Srijan Yojana – Jharkhand

  2. Click on “Registration”, fill in Aadhaar Number, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email ID

  3. After successful registration, log in using your Mobile Number and last 8 digits of Aadhaar

  4. Fill in the application form, upload documents, photo, and signature

  5. Click on “Submit”, receive application ID and download the acknowledgment

Offline Process

Step 1: The interested applicant should take print of the prescribed format of the application form.
