Eligibility
For Registration as a Building/ Construction Worker:
- The candidate has to live in Odisha.
- The candidate has to be a construction or building worker.
- The candidate must be between the ages of 18 and 60.
- In a given year, the candidate must have worked in the construction industry for at least ninety days.
- No other welfare fund created by law should include the applicant as a member.
For Applying for the Welfare Scheme:
- The applicant must be a registered member of the Odisha Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (OBOCWWB) or a dependent of the registered member.
- The beneficiary must have been registered for at least one year before applying.
- The applicant must be diagnosed with a major illness covered under this scheme.

- Enter your Username, OTP, and captcha, then click “Sign In”.
