Eligibility

  • Must be a Micro, Small or Medium Enterprise (MSME)

  • Should have valid Udyog Aadhaar/Udyam Registration or DPIIT acknowledgment

  • Applicable to new enterprises or existing ones undergoing expansion/diversification

  • Must commence commercial production/services during the operative period of the scheme

  • Online application must be submitted within one year of:

    • First disbursement of term loan

    • Commencement of commercial production/services

    • GR issue date — whichever is later

  • Must pay regular installments and interest to the financing institution

Exclusions

  • Enterprises already availing incentives for the same GFCI under other state schemes

  • Enterprises whose term loans are sanctioned more than 1 year after commercial start

  • Enterprises that default on loan repayment during the subsidy period

  • No reimbursement for penal interest or other charges

Registration Process:

  1. Visit the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP)

  2. Click on “New Investor Registration”

  3. Fill out the registration form and click “Submit”

  4. Verify your email ID via the link sent to your inbox

  5. Complete the registration process

Post-Registration Process:

  1. Login to the portal using your email and password

  2. Fill in business-related information and upload necessary documents

  3. Submit the complete application online
