Application Process
Mode: Offline
Step 1: Download and print the prescribed application form
Step 2: Fill in the form, attach a passport-size photograph, and self-attested documents
Step 3: Visit the Project Manager (Cottage Industries) at the District Industries Centre, Thattanchavady, Puducherry – 605 009 during working hours
Step 4: Submit the completed application form along with documents
Step 5: On submission, the application is registered and assigned a unique reference number for tracking and acknowledgment
