The “Scheme for Assistance to MSMEs” is an umbrella initiative launched by the Industries and Mines Department, Government of Gujarat, effective from August 7, 2020, to August 6, 2025. It supports MSMEs by enhancing competitiveness, creating a robust business environment, and boosting quality infrastructure.
The sub-component “Assistance for Quality Certification” is aimed at encouraging MSMEs to obtain national and international quality certifications and implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to improve operational excellence.
Benefits
ERP Assistance:

65% of capital cost for ERP system installation (Max: ₹1,00,000/-).

Covers software, installation, and annual service charges (Excludes hardware).

Applies to both Server-based and SaaS-based ERP systems managing production, inventory, HR, and accounting.
Quality Certification Assistance:

50% reimbursement of certification fees for national/international certifications (e.g., BIS, ISO, WHO-GMP, Hallmark).

50% reimbursement for testing equipment/machinery required for obtaining certification.
