The Chief Ministergi Artistesinggi Tengbang (CMAT): Support for Purchase of Instruments / Equipment scheme, launched by the Department of Art and Culture, Government of Manipur, aims to support talented students and budding artistes by providing financial assistance for purchasing musical instruments or equipment. - Annual income of the applicant and parents should be less than ₹1,00,000.
