Application Process

Mode: Offline

  1. Submission:
    • The R&D institution must apply to the Industries Commissionerate in the prescribed format along with all necessary documents.

    • The Industries Commissioner’s office will scrutinize proposals to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and guidelines.
  3. Review:
    • Proposals are then presented to the State Level Empowered Committee (SLEC) for review and approval.
  4. Disbursement:
    • Upon SLEC approval, the sanctioned assistance is reimbursed and disbursed by the Industries Commissioner’s office.

  • Copy of the Project Sanction Letter issued by the Industries Commissioner’s (IC) office.
  • Copy of the Government Resolution/Notification confirming that the institute/organization is established by GoG/GoI.

  • Proof that the TPQA agency is enlisted with the Road and Building Department, GIDC, GIDB, or any other Government Department/Agency.
  • Project Progress Report including milestones achieved, outcomes of the proposed R&D, asset creation details, societal and industrial benefits, patent filings/grant details, publications (national/international), impact analysis, etc.
  • Certificate and Statement of Expenditure incurred based on the prevailing Schedule of Rates (SOR) of the R&B Department or relevant government department, prepared by a Chartered Engineer.
  • TPQA Certificate with Report, including photographs (with location and date) and necessary laboratory testing reports.
  • Employment details of technically qualified manpower in the prescribed format.
  • Project Completion Certificate (PCC) in the prescribed format.
  • CA Certificate in the prescribed format.
  • CA Certified Expenditure Statement in the prescribed format.
  • Copy of GPCB Consent (if applicable).
  • Copy of PAN Card.
