Benefits
- Sustenance Allowance:
A monthly allowance of Rs. 25,000 is provided for one year to innovation projects that are recommended by a host institution and approved by the Empowered Committee. - Incubation Support:
Free mentoring, access to labs, facilities, and incubation centers to help startups scale their operations. - Marketing & Commercialization Assistance:
Up to Rs. 10 lakhs to assist in launching products or services in the market. - Patent Filing Reimbursement:
- Up to Rs. 2 lakhs for an Indian patent (with reimbursement in two stages: 75% after filing, 25% after grant).
- For foreign patents on a single subject, reimbursement up to Rs. 10 lakhs or actual cost incurred, whichever is lower, subject to similar staged reimbursement.

Eligible entities include:
- Startups/New Industries:
Any entity (proprietorship, limited company, registered partnership firm, or LLP) that proposes to establish an enterprise in the micro or small scale category in the services or manufacturing sector in focus areas. - Innovation Projects:
Projects introducing new technologies or significant improvements to existing products, processes, or services. - Incubators and Host Institutes:
Recognized technology, management, and R&D institutes or other organizations that promote entrepreneurial development by establishing incubation centers.
Note: Incentives provided under this scheme cannot be availed for the same component under both State and Central schemes.
