    Emergency sufferers receiving a pension or honorarium from another State Government will have their entitlement reduced by that amount (except for old age pension).
  • Domicile Flexibility:
    The scheme is also applicable to persons who were domiciled in another state but were arrested and jailed in Haryana State.
  • Bank Account Requirement:
    Beneficiaries must maintain an Aadhaar-linked Savings Bank Account in any Nationalized Bank, and submit a “live certificate” in January every year.

Note: Applicants can only apply from one district and must submit an affidavit confirming that they have not applied from any other district. Additionally, if the applicant is already receiving any other pension from the State Government (other than old age pension), that amount will be deducted from the Shubhra Jyotsna Pension.
