The “Jharkhand Nirman Karmakar Mrityu/Durghatana Sahayata Yojana” (also known as the Jharkhand Construction Worker Death/Accident Assistance Scheme) is a 100% state-sponsored insurance scheme initiated by the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand. Eligibility

Application Process
The scheme’s application process is conducted online via the official Comprehensive Labour Management System website. Follow these steps:
Registration
- Visit the Official Portal:
Go to the Comprehensive Labour Management System for Factory Establishment/Worker Registration/Inspection/Management & Grievance Redressal website of the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Govt. of Jharkhand. - Login and Registration:
- Click “Login” at the top right.
- On the pop-up screen, click “Register Here”.
- Fill in the mandatory details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Number, Username, Password, and Captcha).
- Click “Register”; verify your mobile number and Email ID via OTP.
- Upon successful verification, your registration is complete. Your login credentials will be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.
Application
- Login:
- Visit https://shramadhan.jharkhand.gov.in/home.
- Click “Login”, enter your Username and Password, and click “Login”.
- Access Application Form:
- In the ribbon, select “Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Form”.
- In the “Basic Details” section, fill in all mandatory fields (e.g., BOC Registration Number, Applicant’s Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, District, Sex).
- Select Scheme:
- In the “Select Scheme” section, choose the “Jharkhand Nirman Karmakar Mrityu/Durghatana Sahayata Yojana” from the list.
- Upload Documents:
- Upload the mandatory documents in the specified file size and file type.
- Submit Request:
- Click “Submit Request”. An Application ID will be generated on the next page, confirming the successful submission. Note this Application ID for future reference; it will also be sent to your registered Email ID.

- Track Status:
- Go to “Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Status”.
- Enter your Application ID and click “Search”.
- The status, along with details such as Application ID, Applicant Name, Scheme Applied, Application Status, Remarks, Date, and Time, will be displayed.
- Approval Process:
- The application undergoes a three-level approval process (Clerk > Labour Superintendent > DLC). Once approved, the status changes to “Approved”.
- Print the approved status page and submit it at the Labour Office to avail the scheme benefits.
